3.0 star rating- Zimmer neu, schöner Ausblick sauber - Fußweg bis Alt-Havanna ca. 10 Min. - Beschiss bei Geldwechsel (insbes. wenn man vom Flughafen kommt) an der Rezeption. Good location on the Malecon, easy enough to walk from ie 15min walk to Parque Central or National Hotel.If a light sleeper make sure you take ear plugs because of passing vehicle noise. I am a light sleeper but took ear plugs, as I regularly do when staying in any hotels, and had no problem sleeping once wearing them.31 December 2012

4.5 star ratingI stayed in the juniour suite and it was excellent. It was basically a luxury penthouse suite with a huge balcony that overlooked the malecon. The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!!!Nothing really. Havana31 July 2013

The staff have their work cut out when the weather turns bad and the resulting problems it can cause but they do everything in their power to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Food was wonderful and we thanked the chef for his hard work.Problems are relative to the country so I can't really fault the hotel. The staff did everything they could for us during our stay. It's a beautiful and modern hotel right on the sea front (the Malecon) - which was closed most of the time we there due to waves pounding the coast.02 December 2013
5.0 star ratingWe stayed in Hotel Terral in June 2014 and it was excellent. In a city of so many run down buildings...Terral is a lovely refurbished and modern hotel. The room was just amazing...the view out from the big floor to ceiling windows was spectacular. The room itself was huge and was decorated nicely. There was a mini bar with water and drinks that you paid for upon checkout which was very convenient. The restaurant and bar is also decorated to a high, modern standard and is at the front of the hotel so the view is again excellent. All of the staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful...as we arrived at the hotel, there was a man out straight away to help carry in our bags. If we ever travel to Havana again we would definitely stay at Hotel Terral again Anonymous 29 June 2014
