2.5 star ratingOur flight to Havana was delayed by 24 hrs. The Cubana rep contacted the hotel to advise we would be a day late but to keep our room. On arrival reception denied all knowledge of a call, our booking was not now available, however a room 310 was made available. This was definately the worst room in the hotel. Based on this experience we will not be returning or recommending this hotel.19 December 2011
4.0 star ratingStaff is very friendly. We had a room on the 2nd floor and our friends had a room on the 1st floor. Neither had windows but that was fine with us as we weren't planning on spending much time in our rooms. The beds were comfortable, a/c worked great and it was very clean. Julie26 March 2014
3.5 star ratingRoom was very clean, and hotel was absolutely beautiful. Our room did however not have any windows - we were on the second floor. Nearly every staff member was unhelpful - and at times rude. A huge shame because the actual hotel is lovely. Kiwi couple08 April 2014
2.5 star ratingMost satff are friendly and helpful.There was a live gecko sticking to the ceiling in our room so we had to request for a change of room. There was a water stopage of more than 12 hours for the first day we checked in. There was no hot water in our room for 2 consective days. hummerguy07 August 2014
