1.0 star ratingNada bueno quiten ese Hotel de el cervicio a los turistas es deprimente ir a estar alli.Hola yo me quede muy impresionada con el mal estado de todo en ese hotel,fue una equivocacion escojer estar alli ya que hasta llore de el engano que le dan a la poblacion en ofertar cervicio para turistar cuando las condiciones de el mismo son pesimas mas el restaurant parece un comedor obrero todo el cervicio que se ofrece alli es pra trabajadores de provincias y en si parece un solar o cuarteria de la Habana vieja.Quisiera que imbestiguen bien las condiciones del mismo antes de enganar al cliente.Por internet esta todo como en los anos 95 pero no es asi .Perdi mi dinero porque ni a los refrescos que se supone me pertenecian tube acceso.Nunca mas ponder mi cara por alli ya que con unos dolares mas me quedava en el Hotel Inglaterra solo a unas cuadras de ese solar. nanami12 September 2013

3.5 star ratingIn this price range, convenially located and reasonable managed hotel. Staff is friendly and services are run as in the rest of Havana. Recommendable hotel for a experienced traveller who is aware of the fact that circumstances in Cuba do not always allow to maintain western standards. Spectacular views towards Malecon and over Havana from upper floor rooms. Shower/Water pressure in the upper floors is weak - will require some management/adjustement in morning routines. 10 December 2013
4.0 star ratingI have stayed in this hotel many times since 2002, alone or with groups of up to 30 persons. I love this hotell! It is Cuba! It is situated close to Havanna Vieja and in the popular area of Centro Havanna. It is cheap. But above all the staff is marvellous! You feel like in a family: a kiss on the cheek every morning, they ask you about your plans for the day, what you did the day before. There are Cubans staying at the hotell so you can talk to normal Cubans. I know that many guests think this is a terrible hotell so if you want to stay at fancy 5-stars hotell with other rich tourists and very professional staff (without any personal interest in you, only in your money) El Hotel Lincoln is nothing for you.02 December 2013
3.5 star ratingFirstly remember this is Havana Cuba - with that in mind this hotel is fair. Grand building reminiscent of a former golden age; sadly now in decay and almost of Cuba survives on day to day basis. Main asset are the lovely staff so friendly, helpful and happy to help. Rooms basic very large and clean- stunning views of Havana. Great location. Food was poor but reflected again Cuba and the embargo that Cubans live with. No hot water - shame as the rest I was ok with as added to the magic and adventure that was Havana.joey27 November 2013

2.0 star ratingI came to the hotell after travelling 30 hours. The older woman at the reception was first ok, but then she asked me to show her my money. Why, I asked. SHOW ME YOUR MONEY! she ordered. I did, because I was to tired to guarrell. Give me 5 pesos, she asked angry. I gave 3 and then she ordered me to give 10, so she will give me 5 back. I gave and tried to get 3 pesos back but she did not give it. She gave me one coin, it was 1 peso, I noticed later. It was first time when I saw cuban convertibles. If this all was for safety box, she did not say it and first she asked for 5 pesos but stole 12 all together! Very strange episode.Nimetön 16 March 2014

4.0 star ratingHotellet hadde sentral beliggenhet. Personalet var kjempehyggelige og behjelpelige. Rommene var rene og frokosten gjorde oss mette. Veldig fornøyd prisen tatt i betraktning. Hotellet hadde en dårlig fungerende heis, det kunne ta lang tid før man fikk tatt i bruk den opp de 8 etasjene det var opp til rommet. Dårlig trykk i dusjen, men dette gjelder stort sett over alt på Cuba. Anonym 09 July 2014

4.0 star rating The hotel was not very busy and we were given a suite, which was excellent. The staff were very friendly too. The location is close to the centre of town. There was building work going on in the lobby. Also the very loud music at breakfast time was inappropriate and they didn't turn it down despite requests.flaco02 September 2014
