4.0 star ratingNice airy reception and friendly, efficient check in. Rooms are good size and beds comfortableMinor issues - key fob didn't work a couple of times so had to go back down to reception to reset fob. Competitors offer free wireless broadband in rooms, it would be handy if Jurys Inn offered free acccess as wellDonnie07 June 2009

4.0 star ratingGood location. Easy walk to all that Birmingham has to offer.Breakfast on the monday morning was of a lower standard than it had been over the weekend e.g. no fresh fruit, fewer toppings for cereals/yogurt. Internet access expensive09 September 2009

4.5 star ratingCentrally located, reasonable rates, tidy roomsHouse staff confused with what type of guests we were. The sofa bed was made up? and the door was knocked around 6.30 next day we assumed they thought perhaps we had to get up for work!16 March 2010
5.0 star ratinglovely big rooms. clean and airey. Staff very professional and helpful. great hotel04 May 2010
4.5 star ratingI thought the hotel was excellent value for money, in an ideal position for restaurants, bars and clubs and only a 10 minute walk to the shops of New Street and the Bull Ring. We were on the 12th floor so didn't hear any noise from the street below. Couldn't fault it at all. I would certainly go there again.Dancing chick24 August 2010

4.0 star ratingGreat location on Broad St, with parking right by it through the back entry which is handy. Reception staff were great, efficient and friendly. Beds comfy, rooms clean and room temperature control worked well. We were very high up so was nice and quiet to sleep. Breakfast fine - plenty on offer - although def not the best I have had.Slow bar service in the afternoon on Saturday - only 1 staff on... she tried her best but only so much she could do. Croissants had to be eaten cold at breakfast - my mom wanted hers warming (as not allowed to put in the toaster) but they refused to do it on H06 March 2013

4.0 star ratingThe people in the next room were very noisy, talking till the early hours of the morning. The positive is we called down to reception, and the matter was dealt with very swiftly as we heard someone visit the room and the noise stopped. 25 March 2013

5.0 star ratingLooked lovely modern facilities were excellent. Staff on reception very polite and helpful, they got us a room at 12 even though check in werent until 2pm.We were put in the room right at the end could hear strange noise like lift going past and room cleaners early in morning but nothing that couldnt be fixed with a room change but it didnt really bother us anyway.19 August 2013
4.5 star ratingVery comfortable beds. Very clean, Bar prices are reasonable. Location is superb. Service was good. Staff very friendly. Good choice and quality of food at breakfast except for Orange juice which was watered down.Exorbitant WIFI. £10 per day. . Watered down Orange Juice at breakfast, noise from lifts. Car Park v expensive although they reduced it to £7 per day as we were staying for 3 daysLegal Magpie23 October 2013

5.0 star ratingvery clean environment. staff are polite & always willing to help.in this day & age, internet should be free. sort it out, jury's inn. squeezing your customers to use the internet is pathetic.Chugga31 January 2014
2.0 star ratingGood breakfast and parking is good and v good location on broad street We paid extra for a executive double room however it was a waste of money paying that extra amount as room was same as the standard room nothing extra. On top of that when we walked in to the room the bed sheets had blood on them so we immediately called them to change it. Next day the shower was blocked so plumber had to come, had lunch come back at 2.30pm and room was not cleaned so we called room service they came and even then they did not change pillow cases so we called them out again. Stick to the standard room don't fall for the name of executive as they all the same.Anonymous 03 March 2014
5.0 star ratingThe hotel was brilliant as always the staff are really friendly and the organisation on day to day basis is outstanding, me my partner would never stay any where else apart from the jury's inn!! :-)Sarah17 March 2014

5.0 star ratingExcellent location View was not great, mostly of air conditioning units. Anonymous 27 May 2014
4.5 star ratingVery good service by staff. Breakfast was good with a great selection and was able to order Vegetarian items with staff. Room was nice and spacious and more than met our needs. Only a few minor points. As a family room, should have had a few more towels, but was obtained from reception after a short call. Parking could have been costly at £14 per day, but was able to park in the adjacent street on Sunday free of charge. Worth looking at the parking meter information before parking. Anonymous 30 May 2014
4.0 star ratingI had a very positive experience. All went well and didn't have any problems. I was there for a Uni meeting and the staff looked after us really well.Anonymous 24 March 2015
1.0 star ratingI didn't even get to stay at this hotel, I got an email a few days before saying that we had been moved to the jury's inn, quite disappointed actually as I had other family members & friends staying at this hotel & me & a friend who was sharing the room with me got sent to a completely different hotel!Anonymous 22 September 2015
4.0 star ratingDid not have any food at the hotel therfore cannot comment... refreshments where a reasonable price and in keeping with other establishments outside of the hotel... room was spacious and clean and adequately met the requirements for a short stay... Great location for the ICC and Symphony Hall which we attended to watch SEAL in concert...100 yards away.. great... Will certainly stay again...None really...wasabi nuts at the bar where nice for me but not the wife... need some variety... Value for Money is always going to be critisised...but I'd still pay it.... 5.0 star ratingI stayed along with my 12 year old daughter and her friend. The girls thought the hotel was "very James Bond" and thoroughly enjoyed it.We had a room with two huge double beds which were extremely comfortable.Despite being right in the city centre, the hotel was quiet and the room was a good distance away from the bar and restaurant. We were able to get a cab just outside the hotel and the parking was also very convenient and a reasonable price (£15 overnight until 11am).Breakfast was served until 11am which was perfect after a late night. All in all a very stylish, comfortable hotel with polite and helpful staff.I would definitely recommend it.Anonymous 21 March 2016
