3.0 star rating	The staff were keen to assist and resolve my problem. On arrival my booked rooms were not available and we had to be transferred to the travelodge at Birmingham airport. I was very disappointed to have to be moved, but the staff were helpful in trying to assist and making the transfers as painless as possible. Offered immediate full refund and paid for transfers.	My booked rooms were not available on arrival. I had to be transferred to another travelodge 20 mins away. On arrival at new travelodge, the family rooms did not have enough beds in them for a family of 4. We had to wait for a mattress and bedding to be delivered. At the end of a long day with two young and very tired children this was not ideal. I did receive a full refund, but feel the hotel's efforts to contact us prior to arrival were not satisfactory - they didn't make any effort at all! The room that we stayed in was as expected from this chain - clean/tidy but too hot with little ventilation or temp control.	Anonymous	18 November 2014
5.0 star rating		My flight arrived in Birmingham at 08.50am which meant I was walking around Birmingham Citycentre for almost 6 hours simply because check-in wasn't until three. Some hotels check-in from midday onwards which is such a bonus. I was exhausted and completely unwell by the time 3 o'clock arrived. In future I won't be making that mistake again ..
