A photo ID is required upon check-in. Please be aware that a security deposit is required upon check-in. This amount is GBP 250 for bookings from Friday to Sunday and GBP 50 per person from Sunday to Thursday. This is in case of any damages, breakages or violation of terms and conditions. Once the room is checked on departure, this amount will be returned either by reversing the pre-authorisation performed on the card or returning cash. In the case of Advanced Purchase (non-refundable) bookings please make sure that you bring the card that was used to make payment, this is for security reasons.
