4.5 star ratingStaff extremely helpful. Great main bar and the breakfast one of the best I've had in ages, either having it in the restuarant or in the room.01 December 2009

5.0 star ratingYoung man on reception, Jack, was very welcoming and charming. My room was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. The Concierge offered to help with bags on the out.Lots of smiles.Lovely. Unfortunately, I had a sleepless night! There was a very loud noise of the heating ( I presume) clicking on and then off.It came from the corner by the TV/ window. I know that things always seem louder at night when you are tired but in the end gave up trying to sleep and read until morning.I am not usually sensitive to noise but I promise you it was very annoying! 4.5 star ratingThe standard rooms are clean and very comfortable. The pool area clean, changing rooms very small. good breakfast but expensive.Unfortunately we were woken both mornings at 7am (room 619)by a noise which appeared to be coming from the window likely to be contracting under the heat of the sun. very annoying. did report to management who claimed not to know anything about it.(find hard to believe) complained on check out A few Breakfast staff were a bit . Aside from this our stay was very good. location excellent 19 May 2010

4.0 star ratingWe absolutely loved our stay here. Tranquil and beautiful. A couple of things that could be improved are room temperature, coffee and the consistency in staff training. But I truly am nit picking here. I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you Anonymous 30 April 2014
