4.5 star ratinggreat staff who were extremely helpful, hotel room very clean and modern. Bathroom in very good condition which is very important.information on the parking arrangements were not disclosed on the website. This caused an issue as I was not aware of the £15 per day rate which added to the room rate made the overall room rate overpriced. 01 January 2010
4.5 star ratingThe hotel is in a central location so is perfectly situated for getting about. It is very clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel.I was not to fussed about the cooked breakfast. It would be nicer if it was cooked specifically for you and to your liking. I did not like breakfast served in buffet style. The food was cold in parts and sausages seemed under cooked.17 March 2010
5.0 star ratingFirst time in Manchester, could not have picked a better hotel. From the moment of entering the hotel the welcome was warm and friendly.I would highly recommend this hotel,in terms of professionalism, comfort, food and location. Also grat value for money.19 March 2010
3.5 star ratingVery nice hotel. Friendly staff. Concierge were excellent helped us out with getting around. Rooms were nice, modern and clean.Room 603 on 6th floor. Aircon units outside window VERY noisey. Room was far too hot, and the only to cool it down was to turn on fairly noisy fan. The light for the fan on the wall was really bright - had to hang a cloth over it to get the room dark. Finally, temp of the shower was hit and miss - kept running hot and cold morning and evening.17 April 2010

4.5 star ratingThe staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and very clean. The food we had was of very good quality. The cost is quite high for a stay especially when coupled with the cost of breakfast at £12 per person which is ridiculous. There was no kettle or brew making facilities in our room.15 December 2011

5.0 star ratingthe staff at this hotel were so friendly particularly Lindsey on reception - what a lovely greeting and kind lady. we arrived early and although there was a room ready it was on the ground floor, so we could wait for a higher level room and our bags were stored securely behind reception whilst we went shopping and for lunch. we were even offered an umbrella to take as the weather was variable. The room was great - 2 lovely double beds with king size duvets and cotton bedding. the bathroom was large. loads of space, mirrors and tops for make up etc. Even a fridge in the wardrobe and safe. Service was excellent and breakfast was fresh and super choice. Nice walk to the shops and we got taxis to the theatre and it was organised through reception who really look after you. We were near China town so excellent reach of restaurants and just far enough from the centre to have a quiet nights sleep. The cocktail bar is great downstairs. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Manchester. It was a real find.none for us.Kate14 October 2014

Having heard of the Fleetwood Mac cancellation at Manchester Arena, whilst travelling from Newcastle, I pulled into the nearest service station but was told I couldn't get a refund as I was 5 minutes after the 2pm deadline. Will never stay at Arora hotels again!Anonymous 15 June 2015

4.0 star ratingGood location in city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Not the hotels fault but lots of building construction next to hotel made it a bit noisy. Our room was a bit dark as on the ground floor next to the building site was woken up early by the noise.Anonymous 28 May 2016
