4.0 star ratingFiendly staff, good food and found all areas clean and tidy.Access to Hotel by car and subsequent travel to nearby carpark found to be very difficult. I've stayed in similar quality hotels which gave discounted parking at nearby car parks. No drawer space.09 July 2011
4.5 star ratinglovely hotel, great value for money, facilities fantastic.staff were not very friendly or polite. a smile and a hello does not hurt. they are very abrupt and disinterested when we were ordering drinks. girls on front desk were lovely. but bar work staff we were not impressed with.seankelly02 August 2011
4.5 star ratingClean and comfortable. Ideally situated for attending concert at MEN Arena and for travelling into the city via Victoria Station tram station.Insufficient staff on desk led to longer than necessary wait to check in.15 October 2011

4.5 star ratingVery good hotel for the Arena! Very good staff, very good breakfast! The air conditioning had a nasty smell of Body odour/smelly feet! 11 October 2011
4.0 star ratingWe booked two rooms, given the keys only to find both rooms weren't ready, went to reception who said give us 5 minutes (I know it doesn't take 5 mins to get the rooms ready). After half an hour of waiting and nobody coming back to us I went to reception who said give us another 5 minutes. After another 20 minutes with no update we went straight to the rooms and they were ready, although in our room they were still half eaten biscuits on the floor. The English of the staff wasn't great.14 December 2011
5.0 star ratingReally helpful - arranged an area for us to have Breakfast as a group of 12 celebrating a Birthday. Clean rooms, well equipped, excellent bar service. Check in and Check out, very fast.Pool was overcrowded and changing facilities very basic. Pool wasn't open early in morning due to staff shortages.Ad03 January 2012
4.0 star ratingThe hotel is situated a few minute's from the Victoria train station making ideal for weekend breaks and no driving!. Double room price was reasonable and the facilities very good. The hotel has improved since our last visit in July 2011. Pool, steam room and massage facilities are excellent, i really enjoyed my first full massage. A lovely time to visit, shop and see the Christmas markets. We are defiantly looking forward to another visit early in the new year.More incentive's / discounts for people who have stayed with you one or more times. Phillip David15 December 2011

4.0 star ratingClose to centre, breakfast was good.Revolving door at entrance didn't revolve automatically. Noise from road keeped my wife awake. A valance sheet would have made the room look nicer. Without this it made the room look cheap. wildroveruk23 May 2013

4.5 star ratingGreat city centre location, great staff and facilities.King size bed is 2 singles zipped together which makes for an uncomfortable or separate nights sleep !22 June 2013
5.0 star ratingClean, tidy, friendly, well organized......no complaints what so ever. The only niggle is the parking, you get a discount for using the Arena car-park, but you have to cross a busy road using a few pedestrian crossings. Might be a pain if it's raining, but that is the only negative review I can think of.Vammie.05 June 2013
5.0 star ratingGreat room, brilliant staff service. And the floor to ceiling window in the room offer a brilliant view in the morning. 11 June 2013
4.5 star ratingStaff on reception and in restaurant very welcoming. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. Also I was there for 5 days and left a polite note after three days requesting another small bar of soap which was not left so had to go and ask someone. 30 June 2013
3.5 star ratingStaff were very friendly and helpfulOur room was dirty and we had to he moved. Gem25 June 2013
4.5 star ratingStayed at the Park Inn for one night for attending a concert at the MEN Arena. Check in was efficient and staff helpful and friendly. Room was spotlessly clean with everything that you would need. Breakfast choice was excellent. Location for the MEN Arena could not have been better. My only grumble would be is that the bar area was extremely busy at the end of the concert and it would be better if an organised queue was put in place at these busy times. Approximately 25 guests were attempting to be served at the same time and this could have been organised a little better. Rosielaw03 September 2013
3.5 star ratingThe room was nice and clean. However, there was no place to store our clothes. We only stayed for one night so it was not a big issue for us. The patio smoker's area is also very nice and pleasant. The buffet breakfast has a lot of good options but the staff seated us at a table far away from all the food even though there were no other tables occupied. That would have been OK but this was right next to the station of the bus-boys/girls so basically we ate the entire breakfast with someone standing less than a meter away and staring right at us! It was very unpleasant as there was no privacy whatsoever. I also did not like the check-in process. I've lived in the UK for more than 3 years but still they asked me for my passport. I don't understand why as this rule only applies to foreign tourists - I tried to explain this to the check-in girl but she did not understand and she wouldn't let me check in until I showed her some sort of ID. Also, the hotel is not that close to the city centre as you might think - there's a good 10mins walk before you get to the big shopping areas and there are no shops (not even a tesco) anywhere near the hotel. In the morning, the staff bothered us twice even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door: once to see if they can clean the room (???) and once to make sure we'll be checking out on the day (???).
