4.5 star ratingCentral location - tasteful decor throughout - trendy bathroom and a fab power shower!! The bed was really comfy and clean!! The hot food at the breakfast buffet was luke warm - and that was 10mins after it opened!! We stayed over on a Saturday night and although the bed was really comfy, the screaming/ shouting outside the hotel throughout the early hours kept me awake!! So not a great nights sleep all in all!! 4.0 star ratingVery nice hotel, modern comfortable, central within walking distance to everything. Breakfast great, reception staff the most efficient and friendly staff anyone could wish for.The only person with not a very professional attitude, was the guy at breakfast, leading to the tables, not sincere, I would even say...cocky, would not let us seat at a more comfortable table. Saying that, the only negative side is the set up for breakfast, very crammed tables and not comfortable to move around the room.14 March 2013

4.5 star ratingFriendly and helpful staff at reception and in the bar/restaurant. Room very clean and well kept, bed comfortable and a seperate shower cubicle a nice bonus.Only minor points. Chair in bedroom very uncomfortable (for me anyway). Restaurant gets very crowdwd at breakfast and it as difficult moving around with plates of food.19 March 2013

5.0 star ratingGreat location - was much closer to the city centre than I realised from looking at the map. Also very close to the Shudehill tram exchange and bus station. Shudehill has a direct line to the Etihad Stadium which was great as we were staying for a concert at the stadium. 24 hours parking opposite the hotel at Total P carpark only £9 if you buy voucher from hotel. I could see my car from our room. Would definitely stay at hotel again for a few days break.Bed was so comfortable we missed breakfast! Hotel was busy so long wait for room service at midnight plus verty limited, expensive selection - only cold sandwiches, pizza or curry so we got dressed and went back out again to a local takeway!Troubleonline04 June 2013
5.0 star ratingGot upgraded because room not ready at 2pm. Room spacious with bath and a shower including toiletries. Bed and pillows really comfy. Room service excellentHad a drink in bar and the bar man not understanding English for pint and a half. Also charged us a bar levy to bring it over even though we went to the bar to get served. No notice about a bar service charge that we could seeJues11 June 2013

5.0 star rating This 2-night, 3-day stay in your hotel was simply superb! From the moment we arrived until we picked up our bags from the concierge our experiences at every level of service were second to none. Be assured we will be back!None whatsoever!29 June 2013
4.5 star ratingThe bed was really comfortable, It was like sleeping on giant marshmallow. Really liked having a separate shower, as the wife enjoys a bath and I a shower. So we were able to wash together and save time for other things.Having to pay a service charge for ordering 2 coffees, even tho they took just shy of 15mins to get to us.Tricky24 June 2013
5.0 star ratingAs mentioned I stayed with family for my daughters graduation. We all had a very pleasant and comfortable visit, including my brother in law, whom has a problem with his back, and finds it difficult to sleep in a bed. However he was very impressed with the mattresses on the beds in the Crown Plaza in Manchester. He said its the first time in years he was able to sleep in a bed. I remember years ago staying in the Crown Plaza in New York and reading about the mattresses, pillows and we even had a room spray, to aid relaxation. So all that research paid off it certainly is one of the most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in Dianam19 July 2013
