The Mountview Hotel was completely refurbished in 2005 and now offers a high level of comfort within stylish & contemporary surroundings. A friendly informal ambiance combined with professional service make the Mountview the perfect place to stay whether on business or holiday. Bar, Free WiFi connection. Close to centre of St Helier. Plus the Hotel is located a short walk from the beach & historic Elizabeth Castle. An abundance of restaurants within a few minutes walk of the hotel.From Airport: On exiting Airport turn left(B36). On reaching second roundabout turn righ(A12).At the 'Filter in Turn' turn lef(A1).Follow A1 on to dual carriageway. At traffic lights approaching Grand Hotel Turn left on to Peirson Road. Follow the one way system and join the flow of traffic crossing over to the LEFT hand side approaching the set of traffic lights. Go straight at lights and take immediately after take 2nd LEFT. Mountview is 100yards up on left hand side.

5.0 star ratingWe had a very enjoyable stay at Moutview. The staff and the rooms couldn't be faulted. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and fully reccomend it to anyone else.31 October 2008
5.0 star ratingWe arrived early and were made very welcome and given access to our room instantly. The room was average in size, clean, with lots of storage space. All staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay (1 Week). There is limited parking - about six cars depending on the size, but we had no problem, and there is public parking about 5 minutes walk down the road which is free between 5pm and 8am. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Bar meals were available every evening except Saturday night - these were more than adequate. We will certainly return to this friendly little hotel. 3.5 star ratingRoom size was good, as was the bed size easy reach of town. Staff friendly and efficient.Parking was a lottery. Staff should know residents cars via there number plates. On one occasion a car had parked over 2 bays restricting parking spaces and staff could not identify whose car it was, this in turn resulted in me having to park in town.Holiday Maker UK05 October 2009
5.0 star ratingTHe hotel was great. THe staff went overboard to help you and the rooms and cleanliness were excellent. It was only less than ten minutes from the centre of St Helier. THe breakfast was superb, hot and plenty of it, if you wanted more then it was not a problem. I would recommend this hotel to everybody wanting to stay in Jersey. It was an ideal location to explore the island.26 March 2010

5.0 star ratingVery quiet, very good value for money, staff friendly, breakfast excellant. Rooms comfortable and equipped with TV, tea and coffee, hairdryer and safe. Bathrooms large and newly decorated.Only negative point is lack of parking and this is not the hotels fault, the whole of St Helier has a problem with parking.01 November 2010
