4.5 star ratingStaff sorted out the problem of my mattress from the first room quickly and efficiently. I was moved to a different room. The Spa is AMAZING as were all the treatments I had. The beauty salon was also fantastic. Frances was professional and lovely.The rooms were very hot. The air-conditioning regulator didn't seem to work, so then it was too cold. The duvets were very thick and heavy. The rooms were very noisy. Every time the lift was used I heard it 'ping', the person in the room next to me had a cold, so heard every time he blew his nose or coughed, like he was in the room with me. The seagulls were a proper nuisance making 'al fresco' dining a battle rather then a pleasure.Cazza02 August 2010
