3.5 star ratingOur hotel room was kept very clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location as it is within walking distance to all you could need.Food was nothing to write home about and buffet breakfats would be much more welcoming in the morning. 10 September 2008

4.0 star ratingReally nice hotel, would recommend to anyone that needed to be in a very short walking distance to St Hellier town centre.Pool was closed during our stay, communication was poor as no reason given as to why or when or if it would reopen, staff notice only went up to inform us of there sister hotel had a pool we could use and when the pool at the hotel was tpo reopen on the last day of our stay.Danny13 August 2010

4.5 star ratingThe room was very clean. It was a good size with a table and two armchairs. The staff were very professional and made us feel as though nothing was too much trouble. Large wardrobe. Very good food, always served piping hot and efficiently. Excellent access to taxis and buses. Less than five minutes' walk from the town centre.No air-con in the room. The lift juddered, worryingly!
