2.0 star ratingThe receptionists tried hard to be helpful The hotel thought we'd only booked one room (we'd booked two), there was another available but it smelled damp and there was no alternative. the bathroom in my room was very shabby (bath was held together with mastic) and there were no hairdryers in rooms. the whole hotel smelled rather like an old folks home.23 September 2008

Lights not working in ladies changing room. The ladies changing room in general was very dated and not very clean. Would not recommend to families because of the traffic/passing drinkers noise23 June 2010

4.0 star ratingSehr erfreulich erlebte ich die persönliche Betreuung auf Grund meiner Glutenunverträglichkeit. Das Schwimmbad war erfreulich groß.Der Service am Empfang war sehr unprofessionell, und meines Erachtens könnte hier noch sehr an Höflichkeit gearbeitet werden. Die Duschen und Ecken im Umkleidebereich des Schwimmbades sahen so aus als hätten Sie monatelang keinen Putzlappen gesehen. Insbesondere hinter der Toilettentür im Umkleidebereich war zu sehen, dass die Reinigungskraft, noch nie in der Toilette hinter der Tür gewischt hat, denn sonst wäre da nicht soviel Dreck gelegen, und dazu hätte sie ja die Türe hinter sich schließen müssen. Der Teppich im gesamten Hotel ist sehr stark abgenutzt und es wäre an der Zeit zumindest die schlimmsten Stellen zu erneuern.JS01 July 2011
