3.0 star ratingFood excellent. Particularly dinner at Tassili which was truly memorable. Breakfast was really good too, a great buffet and plenty of a la carte options. Service was very quick and attentive despite the hotel being full. The room was dirty having not been cleaned properly, we found a dirty sock in the wardrobe, tea sachets opened. The spa facilities were disappointing, the steam room was out of use and there was no where to sit and chill by the pool. The luxury relaxing area is only if you pay for a treatment. The shower in our room was broken, and after it was fixed would only give lukewarm temperature. On balance, a long from the exceptional 5 star experience we were promised.Jmac12 March 2013
