2.0 star ratingNone.Where to start? Offhand reception staff. Corridors smelt of smoking. Room was shabby. Bed was sloping. Thin pillows. Thin duvet. No blanket. No freeview (ancient style TV). Carpet looked dirty. Coffee in room was old or something, undrinkable. Coffee in breakfast room undrinkable (from machine, I tried all 3 types). SH14 April 2013
4.0 star ratingThe room was clean and spacious. A comfortable bed and we had a nice welcome when we arrived.The breakfast was self service. We paid for a full English, there was only beans, sausage and bacon and dried up scrambled egg all were cold. There was no room service.Gill28 October 2014
4.0 star ratingGreat location for city centre and famous Leeds indoor market. Car park is a short walk away but confusing distance driving because of one way system. Staff friendly and helpful. Limited WiFi unless you pay! A hairdryer would be nice. Only 1 hand towel and 1 large towel for 3 guests?? !! And rubbish TV channels. purple owl02 November 2014
