This contemporary hotel occupies a brilliant waterside location, right in the heart of Leeds, in part of the revitalised Granary Wharf area. 3.5 star ratingRoom was very nice, clean and a good size.Reception could not find any evidence of our booking on arrival although we had received an e-mail from Hilton confirming our stay. Reception staff took the view that it was not their fault, but Hilton's central booking agent. The problem was resolved although we were delayed being able to book into our room after a long journey, but the reception staff on the front desk are the face of Hilton, and need to realise they are part of a bigger team.14 June 2012

5.0 star ratingMyself and my partner booked to stay here during early April 2015 for a midweek get away. The city itself was beautiful in the Spring sunshine and the location of the hotel made it perfect for accessing local amenities. We were 5 minutes away from both the train station and the Trinity center which has every shop you could possibly need. In terms of the hotel itself we couldn't have been more pleased. The staff were very friendly at all times and despite the fact we were young visitors treated us no differently to any of their other guests. The room, with views over the canal, was very spacious and exceptionally well maintained. All in all we would really recommend this hotel and will certainly be coming back.Nothing to mentionAK12 April 2015
3.0 star ratinghotel is in a nice setting next to the canalparty on the 1st floor and could hear every word of the music on the fourth floor! rang reception to be told they are fully booked and that they would gwet the music turned down which didnt change a thing. called again and guess what they had another room on the 10th floor... not best pleased about having to move rooms at 11.30 at night. you pay a premium for staying in a hilton and if i had been staying there from work on business i would have been livid Anonymous 23 November 2015
