4.5 star ratingI particularly liked the view of the Tetleys Brewery, although I did enjoy the irony of the hotel bar running out of Carlsberg with 15 lorries of the stuff outside!!! The breakfast was the tastiest I remember too. Carl, Crawley02 September 2009
4.5 star ratingWe meet friends in Leeds a couple of times a year. We normally return the same evening on the train but on this occasion we decided, for qa change to stay over at your hotel. We had a good night out but our evening was totally spoilt by a mindless moron trying to break the door down on room 804 in the early hours of the morning. We are unsure because of this experience whether to stay in your hotel again.10 December 2009

4.5 star ratingThis was our second stay at the Jurys in Leeds and it confirmed what a good and comfortable hotel it is. Car parking at nearby Brewery Wharf is inexpensive and it is easy to navigate to other parts of the city.NoneMonkeyhanger12 April 2013
4.5 star ratingGreat central hotel for night out in Leeds. Located in Brewary Wharf, approx 7 minutes walk to centre. rooms are a decent size and Costa coffee available on hotel which is great. would definitely stay here again, overall good value for money.ckroberts8908 May 2013
3.5 star ratingGreat views of the city, lovely room.I have already requested my money back and have heard nothing from the hotel, so I would appreciate some feedback. The hotel is lovely but my friend and I were put on a floor with a stag do and a hen do. The young men ran up and down the corridor banging on doors and shouting until 5.30 in the morning when we rang reception. The reception team sent someone up to deal with the problem. I was pleased with the quick response from the staff, but I have no idea why we ( two thirty something women trying to get some peace and quiet) would be placed on a floor with large same sex groups . We had no sleep at all. Our experience at the hotel was completely ruined by this .Rosie G20 May 2013

3.0 star ratingFrom looking at the jury's in website, it advised us to stay in the Q car park, which, it I said, was just a 5 minute walk away!. (Actually 10 minutes) I rang the hotel to confirm this before arrival and the member of staff told me on the phone not to pre pay for parking but to get a voucher from the hotel when checking out. We did just this, and again, before leaving we checked with the hotel staff how much it would be and they told us £6/£7. However, our car parking fee was still £23.60 and we we're told then that because we stayed over 24 hours, that was the discounted price. At no point were we told there was a time limit to leave the car park and when we rang the hotel to discuss the matter they had no interest in resolving it with us, but merely passed us to different members of staff that would not accept responsibility for advising us wrongly. They did, however, inform us that we should have stayed at the car park across the road, which no one informed us about previously and we didn't even know existed, even when I rang up before checking in. We're not from the area and so just trusted the information we received from the hotel. If we knew the correct information before hand, we would not have stayed at this hotel. The staff were extremely unhelpful and had no interest in helping us resolve our issue. Would not stay here again. Paige15 July 2014
5.0 star ratingOn check-in we were greeted by Jen who did her utmost to make us feel welcome. The rooms were very good with all the basics: TV, tea & coffee station, air-con, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. There's basic shampoo, body wash, etc. This is a well situated hotel, just a short walk (5 minutes) from the shops, bars and restaurants of the city centre; although there are quite a few bars and restaurants in the immediate area and a Sainsbury's local. The Royal Armouries is only a 15 minute walk away along the canalside, which you can follow all the way there despite the signs directing you otherwise. It would have been nice to be informed that if you return to the hotel after midnight that you will have to provide your name and room number to a night security guard. It was unexpected and felt a bit intrusive at the time.Anonymous 27 January 2015
