3.0 star ratingGood location.I booked this hotel based on price and location. I received my voucher advising me that I would have to pay the price quoted at the hotel which was 64 euro and 10 cents. The hotel charged me 69 euros and told me my voucher was incorrect and I would need to contact Hotelopia to sort this out. I contacted Hotelopia by phone and by email and still have not received my refund. This is most disapointing and I will not use this website again. I also found the Manager at the Pearse Hotel very unhelpful and was not customer care friendly.08 December 2013
