5.0 star rating. We were given an executive twin when we checked in booked a standard .Breakfasts were splendid. .Bar prices quite competitive. .If I had to give a negative it would be the distance from city centre.A good 10 min.brisk walk, however that was highlighted in the description. 24 November 2009
3.5 star ratingRoom service was poor: no tooth brush in the rooms (we had to buy one), no 2nd towel the 2nd night, we had to ask twice to bring us one.Martial13 April 2010

5.0 star ratingWe've just spent 4 days at the Burlington and the staff were very friendly and the room was spottlessly clean the maid came every morning to make bed and change towels and replace tea coffee etc. The breakfast was excellent buffet style with everything from cereal and toast to a full irish, porridge, fruit and yoghurt we were spoiled for choice!! The only negative would probably be that there is no evening entertainment and its not as if there is no room because the foyer has a massive seated area with a roaring fire and would be ideal for a singer there is also a piano but no-one to play it!! sallyg18 August 2010
4.0 star ratingStaff v/good and professional, facilities goodBar prices outrages and male staff very distant and robotic any guests I spoke to felt the same. The Bar would do much mor business if the price was not such a rip of. Bar food expensive and very average.guest29 August 2010

4.0 star ratingStaff were superb and could not have been more friendly - reception, restauarant, conference facilities. Lobby area lovely and welcoming. Was there for Irish Girl Guides conference and fascilities there good - though proorly equipped Room tired and very shabby, not 4*. Shower dribbled, didn't spray, and temp could not be copntrolled - I reported it, but saw no change or improvement. Conference rooms - poorly equipped - not enough marker pens which actually worked. Flip chart pad all used up and not changed. Stationery box - nearloy empty and useless contents - continulaly had to ask, and the manager who said just contact her was slow. Fortunately the waiter dealing with opur refreshments was very helpful - though even he was mutrtering about it being quicker to go to a shop for pens and flip chart paper!18 October 2010

Have been here before and will certainly come again05 April 2011
4.0 star ratingNice rooms Rooms need air conditioning. I complained about loud noise in the middle of the night due to staff emptying containers of wine bottles into a recycling bin and generally talking loudly outside bedroom windows squidgy19 April 2011
4.0 star ratingWhen i was in my room changing a gentleman walked in on top of me . I compalined to reception and they told me the guest had the same name as me. I found out the following day that his name was not even one bit similar to mine as we were at the rds show and he is a show jumper for france. molly10 August 2011
5.0 star ratingHas the wow factor upon entering the lobby, ideal location for the city centre, welcoming atmosphere.slemilliere03 August 2011
4.0 star ratingThe staff were very polite and helpful and the hotel is high quality, well maintained, with nice decor and clean. The gym had very old/out of date machines, some of which weren't even working. The machines could definitely do with being updated. I also found the food very very pricey for what it is, (eg €15 for fish and chips) and the portion was quite small so not really value for money food wise.Hev06 December 2011
4.5 star ratingA very professional but helpful hotel that caters well for all travelers. It's central location is handy for both shopping and also for sporting events at the Aviva Stadium. A large car park with reduced parking fees for residence is a bonus. It is quite a large hotel building, well established, and frequently used by I imagine, businessmen and groups. It can be very busy during the rugby season as their bar is popular for fans, but it is spacious and their bar meals are reasonable and tasty. Their rooms are well equiped, clean and comfortable and over the busy weekend period that I stayed there - as I was going for the Rugby - it still had a restful atmostsphere with plenty of attentive staff to assist. Good breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options gave us a great starts to our day.No negatives really, only small thing was the bad tv picture in room - not sure if that's just ours! - as the TVs in all reception areas were superb. 14 March 2012
3.5 star ratingI know that it rarely gets very hot in Dublin, but we happened to be staying in the Burlington hotel on a particularly warm day and when we checked into the room it was like a sauna in there. While we were out for the day, we left the window open (it would only slightly open) and still came home in the evening to a very hot room. None of us slept all night because of the heat. There is no air conditioning in the rooms nor is there even a fan to cool it off. lg30 May 2012
Anna H16 May 2017
