4.5 star ratingNice hotel. Pool great for kids. Room clean but put on smoking floor. We did not find location too bad, a bit of a walk into city but very enjoyable stay.04 September 2009
4.5 star ratingQuick check in, clean room, complimentary tea/coffee, beds made every day. Made use of fitness, swimming pool, jacuzzi etc, No biscuits with tea/coffee in room, locked out of our room after 2 nights as hotel made a mistake with our booking (we were booked for 3 nights), had to go to reception to re activate room key. Wireless keyboard for surfing on line was not working properly. Ate in hotel one night but not a lot of choice on the menu. Price of drinks at the bar were far too expensive.B Corlett01 November 2009
4.0 star ratingStaff very friendly and helpfulThought the facilities in the room could have been better, particularly hanging space for clothes in the bathroom. I was surprised that after reading that there was complimentary access to internet in the rooms that this was very limited and I was expected to pay 10 Euros for the privilage.01 November 2009
5.0 star ratingvery good hotel and really good value for money none12 April 2010
4.0 star ratingClean, most of the breakfast was tasty (except for scrambled eggs - variable, fruit standard hotel fruit salad). Overall hotel was ok, clean and good value for money.Breakfast was very busy and we had to queue for about 20min to get breakfast on Sunday morning (they do have posters up to warn you about it being busy during certain times to try and help). Service struggled at this time too, door man was very good and efficient at seating people though) No water due to very cold weather - affected water on upper floors so we had none. Had to use showers in leisure facilities but they were only luke warm so was chilly.01 December 2010

3.5 star ratingNice and modern, generally clean and spacious rooms. The swimming facilities are good and large.Quite dirty in the swimming facilities. Cleaning equipment out in the open, not in separate room, sand in the pool, uneven temperatures from day to day, steam room out of order, and one day they suddenly started cleaning while people were still using the pool. Also some funny rules about children not allowed in the sauna etc.Anders25 October 2012
4.5 star ratingWell situated particularly if you take the Dublin Bus 3 day ticket which allows use if the Docklands tour, and which stops opposite the hotel. Also convenient for the 151 service to O'Connell Street just across the river. Facilities excellent, a well-presented room and a comfortable bed. Free ( and easy to access) wi-fi Good bar and public facilities We were a bit surprised to find that one of the two rooms booked at the same time was charged at over €20 more a night than the other, despite their being adjacent and identical. However, we had paid thr total in advance, so the difference did not become apparent until we checked inAlwyn18 September 2013
4.5 star ratingVery convenient location and easy to find from google map, I enjoyed my room and the pool and jacuzzi were fab. Found the receptionists very friendly and efficient. Would go back again.I would have liked a light snack such as a salad rather than dinner before I went to my concert. But when I went to the bar it was after the light menu time and nothing like this was available apart from soup, I didn't feel I wanted to order food from my room since it would be a little lonely on my own. However, I did enjoy my soup and roll. Breakfast was delicious, but I think it should be include in the price for the high price of a single night's stay. Perhaps it was my own fault for not booking it or giving my credit card details on checking in. But definitely feel the cost of a one night's stay very steep.Angie13 October 2013
3.5 star ratingIt was the attitude of the reception staff that let the hotel down, downcast heads that tell you to wait. I also asked one of the receptionists to stamp the car parking ticket for me... she continued to keep her head down and not answer me but put up her hand for the ticket.. It is basic manners to answer someone and just as easy to be nice as it is to be rude. In the bar we ordered a bottle of wine from the wine list to be asked would we have the one that was handy as she didn't know where to look for that bottle.15 October 2013
