3.5 star ratingExtremely clean. Very friendly staff and ideal location for visiting Dublin.Room was absolutely tiny and the double bed was the smallest I've seen. However, served a purpose for an event stay in Dublin.20 January 2009

4.5 star ratingWe were able to check in at 10.30 in the morning even though the published check-in time was later. The breakfast was substantial and very tasty! There was a peculiar 'drain' smell in the corridor on our (the 4th) floor but fortunately this did not reach our room.Seasoned Traveller, Sunderland, England18 March 2009
4.5 star ratingExcellent hotel that offers high standards for the price charged. Rooms are well decorated and very clean and the food in the restaurant is well priced and of a very high quality. Good location with a wide selection of shops nearby.None23 March 2009

4.5 star ratingGood service. Staff were welcoming and helpful and we managed to check in to our room at 9.00am instead of touring the streets after we had come off our early morning flight, which was a bonus!Room looked car park/refuse collection area therefore did not get a good view from window. fianddav25 November 2009

4.0 star ratingCheck -in staff very friendlyAfter check out receptionist appeared to lack knowledge, because when we stayed there was severe snow, and we asked questions re delayed flight and transport to airport, was advised flight was cancelled and airport closed, this was not correct04 January 2010

3.5 star ratingFantastic location, just off O'Connell Street and a safe 10 minute walk to Temple Bar area. Lots of places to eat nearby and directly opposite the hotel there is a Tesco express, cafe and small restaurant where they serve the best fish Bathroom was grubby and could have done with a good clean, very off putting. No iron facility in room and no plug sockets by the beds. Staff were helpful when asked about places to go but I felt their knowledge base could have been better.SBungle04 December 2012

None This hotel is a disgrace, i had to pay for my room which was accidentily booked for the wrong date and it was because of the layout of the website, and i still had to pay for the room even when i rang up to cancel the staff were absoloutly terrible i got a reply from one member of staff " you should just leave it and not go its too much of a bother to cancel" i am outraged!!!!!!!!!!! I have made sure to tell all my family and friends to NEVER book this hotel as it is a disgrace! i wouldnt mind about the money if your staff had been a little nicer. michelle127 February 2013
3.5 star ratingClose to the CityThe nearest parking was a good walk from the hotel, could have been a problem for us and the cost of parking: Having to pay for Wifi, have stayed in hotels world wide and you at least get 1 free hour in the smallest of chains. Was very dissapointed with this, and would have to think twice about using this hotel/Jury's chain again because of this.27 February 2013
4.0 star ratingThe reception staff were good and also the resturant staff. When we arrived we were told we would be in a quiet area of the hotel. The first night was a pleasant one. The second evening we were disturbed by young people who seemed to be in the control of two adults but were not. For at least two hours there was at least 10 young people in the room next door making a lot of noise and banging doors unnecessarily. When I phoned reception, I was told I could move rooms if I wanted, we found this totally unacceptable, the manger later contacted me and informed me of the same terms and he was not prepared to take any action. The third night we were woken by the fire alarm, because someone had been smoking the same group of people from the night before, including the adults were shouting, banging doors and just making a lot of unnecessary noise for about an hour. Because nothing had been done previously about my complaint I did not bother a second time.03 April 2013
