3.0 star ratingConvenient for Leith and city centre with good bus connections. Parking was good and safe. Reasonably quiet. Mid March and the apartment was cold on arrival and we had to ask for assistance in turning on the heating. The settees needed renewing as the springs had gone. The living room would have benefited from a rug/carpet and the fitted electric fire did not work. The apartment had not been properly cleaned, particularly the main bathroom.Scotphiles24 March 2011

3.5 star ratingGreat view from the room with easy bus routes into the centre. Some of the drawers were broken and the windows leaked after the rain as a seal had been broken. Some of the cupboards handles were broken. When the apartment was cleaned not all of the bins were emptied only the kitchen bin. The Internet wasnt always reliable and kept cutting off the connection. 15 April 2012
4.0 star ratingMore than expected given the value of the apartment. We felt very comfortable and cosy I could go on pinpointing everything that didn't make the apartment perfect, but I won't do that. Overall I'm happy with our choice. However, I would like to emphasise my unhappiness with the fact that the sort furnishings, especially the bed sheets, were a bit mucky. 2.0 star ratingIt was large and a good size for families, 35 mins walk from city a negative, but buses run close by.The level of professionalism of this place leaves a lot to be desired with a very poor reception area, which does not instill confidence in the place.
