This 67-room youth hostel is located in the heart of Liverpool and offers its guests a fresh, clean and friendly environment for their visits to this amazing city. The majority of the city landmarks are all within walking distance, the shopping district Liverpool One, the centre of the night life – the trendy Albert Dock area, the Cavern Quarter for all things Beatles, Europe's oldest Chinatown, basically the entire city centre is within a 20-minute walk. Transportation to and from the venue is made easy with the 2 airport busses that stop just around the corner and go directly to the John Lennon Airport. The rooms feature all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay and depending on their type may offer some additional comforts. For the convenience of the guests there is a TV lounge and self-catering facilities, also there is no curfew or lockout.

3.5 star ratingNice clean bathrooms, good shower etc. Good TV. Good to have wardrobe. Staff seemed nice. Good to have breakfast included.It smelt really bad (when the door opposite our room was open the smell was disgusting), hallways were often dirty. Didn;t like the lift. Breakfast quite stale. got bitten in the bed.08 June 2010
2.5 star ratingRoom and en suite was cleanHotel had made an error with booking and we ended up in a double room not a twin as booked. Rooms were very poorly soundproofed and everything could be heard from corridors and other rooms!!!!! Lots of very noisy youngsters crashing around and talking loudly late in the night/early a.m Hotel prob better for young people06 October 2010
