Hotel Information

Located in Liverpool city centre, this hotel is only a short walk from both the shopping and business districts. It is just a 5-minute stroll from the waterfront where the popular Albert Dock complex and Liverpool ACC can be found. Liverpool Lime Street train station is some 500 m and from there guests can get to the John Lennon Airport for around 30-minutes. Nestled in the 'Beatles Quarter', this boutique hotel features a sophisticated Beatles theme throughout. The centre piece of all beautifully-appointed rooms is a specially commissioned piece of Beatles artwork, some of which will surely surprise even the most dedicated fans of the band. The hotel also offers 2 restaurants and 2 bars along with 2 function suites and its very own 'Two of Us' wedding chapel for those who decide to make the all important step in this charming venue.

3.5 star ratingGreat locationBreakfast was terrible, self service which is fine but served on side plates and lukewarm. I would stay at the hotel again but only if I got a good deal and I wouldn't have breakfast at the hotel. Kerry26 July 2016
2.5 star ratingI have known this hotel since it opened. Great idea and theme albeit a little tired round the edges now. Apparently this is a listed building - according to the totally disinterested lady on reception. That explains why there is no soundproofing. If you are on the wrong side of the building you will not go to sleep until 2:30am when Mathew Street shuts down. It starts again at 6:00am when the refuse trucks come and collect the previous day's waste from the clubs. Love the sound of clinking empty bottles. If you are looking to stay here make sure you do not stay on the side of the hotel which takes in the room numbers 01 - probably 10 on any of the floors. The beds are lovely and comfortable and the Banks restaurant for breakfast is great, regrettably you don't get to enjoy either with you head in your hands or your cereal!! 5.0 star ratingDespite being fully booked, the staff went out of their way to help,me and even the General Manager gave up his own room so that the hotel could accommodate me. Excellent customer service from Laura and her team.John Wright11 December 2016
