3.0 star ratingThe location is quite close to the airport making an overnight stay easy for when your connecting to a flight the next day. The rooms are sound proofed to you get little noise come into the room. Very nice breakfast, but evening meal quality is a little bit to he desired.The room was dilapidated and very out dated. There was evidence of damp and wall paper was peeling away in multiple spots. The room was dusty and not very clean. Some lights/lamps and plug sockets didn't work and there were cracked and missing tiles from the bathroom. Also requested a specific room weeks in advance and it was ignored and ended up in a room the opposite to what I wanted. Tried ringing the hotel direct to confirm this room request several times on the day of check-in but they didnt answer their phones. I found the waiter quite rude and insulting, but all other staff members were fine.Easy55114 November 2011

2.0 star ratingthe only positive aspect of the hotel is its location and that we got a decent price for the room through yourselves.the building is in a bad state of repair, we had very little hot water for a bath or shower and food was disgusting - i order the salmon salad as a main course at almost £9 - it arrived, a tiny fillet deep fried and dried out with 2 very small garnish clusters on each end of the plate - that was it.... i told the staff to take it away and the waiter honestly didnt see anything wrong with it... they tried again and again it was a disaster but they had added a few bits of cucumber and tomato - other diners were shocked and disgusted.... yet their burgers were all large portions.14 December 2011

2.0 star ratingThis hotel is a dump. Had i not just encountered a10 hour flight and an 8 hour time difference i would have been out as fast as i could ... as it was the bed was clean (at least ) and i just wanted to sleep. The whole hotel is shabby and dirty.In the room there was evidence the mirror was missing off the wall, the toilet bowl was brown, the bath had a mark round where the last guest had obviously used it and the shower curtain smelt. Pay the bit extra and have a full English breakfast with helpyour self so you can eat as much or as little as you want.
