5.0 star ratingThe service is excellent, the staff are very helpful, The hotel has a beautiful 1970s feel. All the furniture in the rooms have solidly built furniture. The staff are all (old school), so they know how to run a hotel. My car was valet parked for me and my luggage was taken to my room, A service that is probably only available at the Ritz! Excellent value for money.There is nothing negative about this hotel.Anonymous 13 May 2014
