Hotel Information

The hotel is located in the city centre, in front of the port of Casablanca and just a few minutes' walk from the business district. It is also situated behind the medina and offers ideal access to the La Corniche and the Casablanca beach. There is a train station in the immediate vicinity, and bars and restaurants within about 100 m. Mohammed V International Airport is around 20 kms from the hotel. The family-friendly hotel has 143 rooms and suites, well-furnished and equipped with modern facilities. Made up of 15 floors, it offers a unique view of the harbour and the Hassan II Mosque. All hotel rooms have an en-suite bathroom and wireless Internet access. Individually regulated air-conditioning also comes as standard. The hotel offers a sauna, and guests can pamper themselves with a massage and SPA treatments.

4.0 star ratingwas resonable for price road noise was quite loud but it was at least close to Medina for shopping ,very difficult to find breackfast room a main doors closed and was up stairs with no signs to direct , staff a bit thin on ground and didnt understand english very well , wall mounted TV not working so had been replaced with one stood on fridge but maent could only have fridge or TV on but not a problem as turned out as fridge didnt work and they had no replacement claire03 October 2012
1.0 star ratingThe worst hotel I ever been to. We booked from the internet 2 rooms for 2 persons, when we arrived at the hotel after a long trip, they told us that they would only provide us 1 room. We explained and showed them the confirmation that we had booked 2 rooms. They told us that they don't care about our corfirmation and that WE had to solve this problem out for ourselve. They told us that if we've wanted 2 rooms, we had to pay extra for one room. We showed them the receipt that we already payed for 2 rooms, but they would not believe us. After that we contacted Hotelopia in Spain. We had to call with our cell phone, which is very expensive if you use a Dutch provider phone. Hotelopia told us that we had 2 rooms and they also spoke with the hotel staff and explained it to them. After that the hotel staff told us that we had to call again and that Hotelopia had to send a official email to the hotel that we had 2 rooms. We told them that the service was very bad and that the hotel supposed to solve this problem out for us with Hotelopia. The hotel staff became very angry, because we told them what there job had supposed to be. The hotel staff told us that they wouldnt do anything else for us and that if we didnt like the hotel, we had to pack our stuff and leave. So after that we asked for the hotel manager to make a complain about the service. The hotel manager came after 5 minutes and was screeming at us that we had to leave the hotel. He told us that we did not had the right to tell the hotel staff "that they had to solve this problem out for us" and that he would call the police for us. I was totally surprised and did not know what to do in this foreign country. We called Hotelopia and told them that we are going to another hotel, because it was a worse experience for us. 2.0 star ratingUnfriendly and unprofessional staff. Used 3 different rooms, not one was adequate : either the telephone or the TV or the air conditioning not working. Fridges not working in any of the rooms. All fridges apparently in the process of being replaced. Rooms facing the city very noisy during the night.Abdou15 June 2013

1.0 star ratingNothing positive AT ALLThis hotel is a 4 star?!?!? Its not even a 2 star!! The staff openly admit that the quality of the rooms and food is disgusting. I travel around the world on a regular basis and I have stayed in Hostels that were nicer. This Hotel is an absolute disgrace. APPALLING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The rooms smell of cigarette smoke, the bathroom water pressure is less than a dribble and is cold water only, the food at breakfast was old and unbelievably bad and when i told the staff they just said yes it is disgusting what do you want us to do about it. WORST HOTEL ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH. DISGUSTINGLY BADAnonymous 04 March 2014
2.0 star ratingHotel is kind of abandoned tower which is under development at the moment. Very Noisy and machinery are working during the day and night. During my stay drilling continued until midnight. Breakfast quality awful and I could not swallow what I was eating. Rooms not clean and toilet in my room was very dirty (stains of sh*t). shower was broken.SA27 June 2014
