3.0 star ratinglocation is good ... but not unique ! we got a late checkout till 4 pm which was a plus as our flight was 7:50 pmit is a long list ...but will try to make it short : - did not find my booking easily ( mutual mistake with hotelpia.com) and kept us waiting to confirm although i offered to pay again up front till hotel get my payment confirmation. -promised wifi coverage in rooms which appeared to be a future project. -bedsheets were not clean ( at least in my room as we had 4 single rooms) -receptionist boldly asked for a tip before he solve our lost booking issue ... in gereal some staff were far from 5 stars hotel treatment. -finally .. my travelmates brought me food from a nice restaurant to my room and put it by my room door to collect it... it was right after midnight ... it took me awhile (30 min or so ) to go get it ... but i did not find it ...and called houskeeping and front disk and both claimed no one took it and no one went to our floor at that time .... we were in 16th floor ... not sure if they trashed it or what .... but it was nicly packed from a very nice resturant so did not look trash! --------------------- - sure with the same price you may find much better hotel ... to mention one : park suite hotelsprings25 October 2012
