4.0 star ratingAccomodation was very fairly priced, the food was very nice and again a good price. Excellent availability, and the room service availability topped it off. I was very impressed by all of this. The location was also supurb.My only complaint would be the noisy people next to us. I did complain to reception on the Friday night but this made no difference, they were equally as noisy when they got back to the hotel at 4am on the Sunday morning!25 February 2009

1.0 star ratingThe receptionist was very blunt and rude when I asked a simple question about the availability of your smoking rooms. The room was very dated and had holes in the walls and the beds were very uncomfortable. It was meant to be a superior room, I felt like we were put in the cheapest room. 4.0 star ratingBreakfast was good. Parking for the night and the next day was only £3. Staff were helpful letting us leave our suit cases whilst we were out during the night we stayed. It was a warm night and the room only had 1 window and it didn't open very wide, so it was a bit too hot. We only just got there in time for the evening buffet meal. The food had obviously been out for a while and was not that nice. The breakfast was good though. 09 July 2013

The staff were pleasant and welcoming, I would stay again.The moaning older generation booked in and winged about anything. 3.5 star ratingHotel is very close to shops and bars etc... But it was not noisy. Beach is about a 10min walk down hill...but 10-15 mins back up hill! The lounge and bar area is very clean and the staff are very polite and helpful.Was expecting the family room to have a Double bed plus a bunk bed. But we ended up with a double bed, single bed and a foldout single bed with a dodgy mattress. As the hotel was fully booked we could not be moved. As it was a warm night we used the duvet as a cover for the mattress. The room needs a complete refurbishment as it is has aged and worn. Probably good for a lads weekend but a bit cramped for a family to chill out in!Anonymous 15 August 2016
