3.0 star ratingIt is in a convenient locaction and has ample car parking. It's clean and quiet.The room was very small and the bathroom was little bigger than a sentry box. There were no biscuits provided with the tea/coffee machine. No porter or help service offered. A light bulb had gone in the bathroom. No instructions for the tv. While there was a no smoking inside the bar, the fact that the doors to the outside were wide open and smokers allowed to congregate on the top step immediately outside meant that all their smoke was blown back into the bar. No brown bread option with the evening meal. Nobody to receive us in the dining room on the first morning so we did not know what was accepted procedure. We had to work it out for ourselves.I don't use nicknames28 July 2013
