4.5 star ratingExcellent, professional and friendly staff. Great location up on East Cliffe. See below....after our move to front of the hotel and sea view room, had a very enjoyable stay, great views, balcony. Would recommend booking a sea view. Plenty of car parking spaceSpent the first night in a room right a the rear of the hotel. Despite only a back road the road noise from it was too much, so we requested a change of room for our remaining time. Was offered an upgrade which required extra payment which we greatfully accepted, and as mentioned above enjoyed the remaining time in the Sea view room.Daz01 September 2013

1.0 star ratingI booked a room via hotelopia for my partner and I. Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist informed us that there where no rooms left at the hotel. Not only were we extremely disappointed but we wasted hours whilst trying to find another holet with a room. It ruined our night away for our anniversary.Anonymous 19 October 2014
4.0 star rating well pleased with most of our stay.Food was good but evening meal could be improved. Found meats to be a little tough. Breakfast great though the scrambled egg was always cold but no matter.Mattress was the hardest and most uncomfortable I have ever (or tried to ) slept on. 4.0 star ratingWe only paid £60 a night which included breakfast so it was great value. We could take the dog for £15 a night (a bit steep but great to be able to take him) .
