4.5 star ratingexcellent facilities,breakfast lovely.shambles,first of all ,as we all age 50+,i was appalled at having to secure a £100 per person damage deposit. then i had e-mailed all the names of the party with request for this payment the lady hadnt a clue.she had to photo copy everything. we were not a 19 year old stag party or rock stars throwing tvs out of hotel windows etc.we had this booked since last xmas and a week before arriving we get all this hassle,not happy and very unprofessionable.stuffie16 April 2016
