5.0 star ratingThe food was spectacular, we had breakfast included but decided to have lunch the night before and was of great standard, the staff were all very helpful and friendly and the room was very clean and stylish, couldn't of asked for more.Just wish I could of stayed longer!Anonymous 25 April 2014
1.5 star ratingNone The room was in a bad state with damp ceilings in both the bedroom and bathroom the bath enamel was cracked the shower screen was broken with mould and leaked the floors grouting was coming out. The view was of a fire escape which was right on top on our bedroom windows resulting in us not being able to open them with fear of someone entering the room while we was out, there was no aircon and the ceiling fan didn't work so the room was stuffy and warm. When we did have the windows open when we was in the room we had to endure the staff shouting below !!!!!!! Overall do not stop in this hotel, The breakfast was ish !!! Sausages not cooked fried eggs well over cooked ( hard ) bacon sweaty so you get the point we was only there for 2 nights and was late getting back to the room so didn't really see all the grime until the following day and I was not prepared to spoil our few days away arguing with the staff. SO LIKE I HAVE SAID DON,T STOP THERE Beefy22 June 2014
