4.0 star ratingbeautiful, clean, modern, perfect for families, close to restaurants, cafes, bars, city. Brief walk to Countdown and takeaways on the harbour side. would recommend to others. I would stay here again.Only services rooms with 3 days stay or more. No swimming pool or in hotel things for kids. Parking isn't onsite, but is reasonably close. Not good for a disabled person or someone with mobility issues to access safely from any entrance. Access for disabled people from the carpark through the rear of the hotel can be achieved with struggle, mutiple stairs, lifts and ramps.ShalomHB22 July 2014
3.5 star ratingRoom was upgraded, although not sure why as the upgraded room was a two bedroom and there were only 2 of us (husband and wife) and the second bedroom didn't have a bed only a chair. Very close to Vector Arena which was perfect for our concert needs.We hadn't even got up yet when house keeping charged in at 8.30am thinking that we had checked out, then again at 8.45am and THEN AGAIN at 9am. Perhaps house keeping needs to check with reception next time and thank god we weren't naked!Anonymous 07 September 2014
