3.0 star ratingProfessional and friendly service are what kept this hotel rating good. All other factors scored poorly. Room facilities however were very good.Old fashioned, noisy, and bad location. Every task at reception desk very complicated and had to be asked of the reception staff each time. Noisy room next to road, poor decor and old fashioned bathroom.Anonymous 29 April 2015
4.5 star ratingGood access from car park. Friendly no fuss staff, efficient, short of towels phoned down to reception and received promptly no problems. Very comfortable for our party of 4. Balcony a big plus!!!Bath needed some TLC had chips of porcelain missing. Anonymous 15 September 2015
