2.5 star ratingClose to ammenities and city centre attractions - But hotel needs a very urgent refurbishment and air conditioning!!!!Air-conditioning - Not working in Room! Very Noisy - Rooms are not insulated from noise (either within hotel or outside) Very, very outdated - Urgent refurbishment of bathroom is needed. 4.0 star ratingThe hotel was amazing. Felt that the staff were professional, friendly and had a good understanding of the hotel. I would stay there againI have no negative comments about the hotel, but I do about hotelopia. We called your call centre to look into if it was possible to change our booking, which copthorne had the room to do, but found the phone assistance from your corporation very abrupt, not at all helpful and at one point we had to ask her to listen to what we were trying to ask as she didn't give us a chance to talk. I felt from her there no customer service at all. I will stay at the copthorne again and have recommended it to others but I will not use your wed site again or recommended it to others it will in fact be the opposite. Masey02 June 2013
