4.5 star ratingGreat location near Queen St, Waterfront and Sky City. Short walk don and up to Ponsonby. Clean room, and very helpful and attentive staff that accommodated early arrival and late leaving with good luggage service. Great value for money. Simple but very effective.Would be better if there was one queen or king bed in the room instead of 2 doubles. View is of nothing/another apartment block.Anonymous 26 August 2014

4.5 star ratingGreat location between city and k'rd. Be sure to get into modern part of building, rooms are clean,new and good size. Heater was fantastic on cold nights. Superb comfy bed.
