5.0 star ratingGreat professionalism on the part of all employees. We had great value for the price we paid through Hotelopia. Hotel is extremely well situated to everything. It allows for great walks down to the harbour and downtown. The shuttle directly from the door of the hotel is well priced, if you are traveling with family, as 2nd and other members pay a greatly reduced price ($5.00). For one person, it can appear expensive ($27) but is still far cheaper than a taxi and pollutes less as it is transporting many people. Visitor from Auckland24 August 2010
3.0 star ratingRoom changed on request and with apologyName change of hotel not notified - had trouble finding it. Not really 5 star - no water in room. no bathrobe or slippers. Not even biscuits! Habour facing room was a glimpse between skyscapers! 10 February 2011
5.0 star ratingwe liked the location, the room was clean and completely adequate, we loved the pool and exercise room...that entire facility was very much to our liking and really beautiful. the staff was helpful in everyway. we had a late evening flight and were able to leave our bags in the hotel and use the exercise facility and showers downstairs...this was a big big plus for our needs...15 March 2011
