2.0 star ratingWe'll positioned in queen street.Valet and concierge service high standard however the room was very bad with Air conditioning unit not working and positioned straight opposite a pub .Despite telling staff I was not happy about it they really did not care and telling me that they could not do anything about it as they were booked up (a bit p.. Off when you have booked for 4 nights)Poor room opposite a pub withA/C not working for 48 hours . Asked if could be change to another room no sympathy from front reception saying they were all booked up .Knowing that I have booked 4 nights at a premium price ( exclusive suite) I felt very disappointed and would not call that good service more an we do not care attitude.Regarding the A /C unit after complaining to reception and felling like I was a moron because I could not use the A/C properly as per instruction they send me a technician and guess what they needed to change a part of the unit .After changing the part all was ok for A/C however no sorry or apologized from reception for being Ina 38 degree room most of 2 days !!! not HappyChris20 November 2013

4.5 star ratingThe room was very clean and spacious. When checking in didn't have to wait long and it was very simple. We got originally got level 3 but then we asked for a higher level and got moved up to level 11 without any hassle. The ladies at the front desk when we arrived were very nice and didn't have any problems with them at all. The location is a bonus, close to everything!Only negative is that we couldn't get a late checkout because they were fully booked out, however they gave us time till 10.30am. Also, the internet was limited I think it was only 1GB free and then you had to pay to get more which was a bit of a put down considering how much was paid. Other than that we would definitely recommend them and visit them again! :-)Anonymous 24 November 2015
5.0 star ratingNicely appointed hotel in a great location with professional staff and delicious breakfast. Continental breakfast is great value for the quality. Very comfortable.Our room was on a lower floor looking into a multi-storey car park but it was for one night only so we didn't mind.Anonymous 29 February 2016
