3.5 star ratingI visited the hotel last week and was very happy with the staff. The Concierge was lovely and the restaurant staff were great. i would thoroughly recommend pre-booking breakfast as the voucher system worked well and the full menu was available.It was quite a distance from our room to main reception but each morning we phoned the operator and a gold buggy picked us up and brought us to the restaurant - this service was excellent. Dennis and the other guys did a great job. The staff were very keen that we ahd the full enjoyment of our holiday.The hotel is under construction and it has reduced form 1100 to 600 rooms. Our room was in Block 6 number 608 which was facing the construction site and nowhere to sit outside or enjoy view. They anticipate construction to be completed in October. As they have sold off this part it is not mentioned on their own construction work but it is clearly visible from Block 6. We weren't there during the day when work with diggers etc were taking place so can't comment on that. There is something else - as part of their eco friendly system they recycle the water in the sprinkler systems - this smells of raw sewage and there was a sprinkler very close to our room which didn't help every morning through air con. Management were very good though and offered to move rooms. SFleming16 May 2013

4.0 star ratingWell located on International Drive close to good restaurants and shops as well as the Universal Parks, Wet & Wild and Sea World. Disney World is a short drive away. Good pool areas and plenty of parking and an informal outdoor bar/restaurant with friendly staff. Also has a gift shop near the pools serving soft drinks, tea and coffee as well as a selection of gifts. Also a very good restaurant (Coopers Hawk) adjacent to hotel reception.Sun beds around the pools have very comfortable cushions but tend to get wet overnight so are not useable until they dry out. Gift shop has poor selection of teas with no English breakfast type blends.Anonymous 24 November 2014

1.0 star ratingWorst experience that I have ever had. They claimed that a third party vendor had switch us to another hotel but when I contacted that vendor it turns out that Wyndam had switch us because they over sold their rooms. I had to spend hours to get breakfast paid for at the new hotel which was what I paid for at Wyndam. Additionally there was no complimentary shuttle to my conference.
