3.5 star ratingThe Water park was a big HIT with the grandchildren. It was very well staffed with lifeguards and they really paid attention to the little ones playing. Staff at the Tradewinds restaurant were great, friendly and a lot of fun. Our room was ready when we checked in. It was clean and tidy. We spent a week there and did not have housekeeping every day, but they provided us with clean towels or whatever we needed when we asked. I really liked having the mini-fridge in the room, but wished they also had a microwave. The Hotel is on a main street so you can either walk or drive to the may restaurants around.Doors slaming. Other hotel guest weren't very courties and they would let their door slam at all hours of the night.03 May 2012
5.0 star ratingIt was a great hotel much better than the last was that I stayed at when I went up in the first week of October, I was very happy with the service and how clean the hotel was. 3.0 star ratingNice water park but if your staying here as a base for the Disney/universal parks you won't use it. Well positioned for universal and seaworld parks with free shuttles. Difficult to get to Disney parks if you have no car and shuttle bus is $18 per person. Free internet. Nice swimming pool to come back to after a park visit. Shop, arcade and restaurant on site.This is not a great hotel. But if your on a budget and won't be staying at the hotel much it is fine for a place to sleep. Our room was dirty. The carpets were dirty and all the furniture and fixings were dusty. Dust that had been there for a long time. The worst was the ceiling the paint and plaster was peeling off, we would return to the room every evening and there was white dust/ peelings on our suitcases, clothes and other items. Reception were ignorant they didn't give a good impression of the hotel, but as the two weeks went on we meet other staff that were great, but really reception staff need to improve. You have to pay a tax of $10 per night which I wasn't aware of, I think it was for the water park but we only used it once. Anonymous 30 October 2016
3.5 star ratingYou wont get better value. The hotel and facility isn't going to blow you away but I spent $100 for a night and my family loved the water park. The park is included. I also saw a family arrive and spend $150 for their family to enjoy the park alone. Meanwhile my family was staying there and using the park for less.Anonymous 16 April 2016
