In the refined lobby, there is a safe, cloakroom, lift access and, of course, the 24-hour reception service to welcome guests. The Topsy Turvey Lounge will delight the palate with their fine food. Other facilities include the bar, the Lite Bite deli, and the Apothecary restaurant. There is also a newsstand, a video games room, internet service, and a laundry service (for a fee). 3.5 star ratinggreat value for money and great location. I would strongly recommend this hotel for "all". 2 nice heated swimming pools and lots of parking spaces. the rooms are basic but have everything you need, iron and board, hairdryer, microwave and coffee pot (used ours for tea)none really. Advise to take own "tea bags" as british one's are very expensive! Breakfast the same everyday but still good value for money. we ate out a couple of days to break it up.04 January 2009
1.5 star ratingstaff are so unhelpful and unfriendly, our bed linen never changed, towels never changed, crumbs left on hotel room floor, never hoovered. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and many clients with other operators said same thing. 13 June 2009
