4.5 star ratingHotel located in a great area, trams right outside, short walk to water and restaurants. Breakfast is good, loved the fresh squeezed OJ. Nice body wash, free drinks in fridge everyday, great customer service, can help with problems, directions, tours. Nice personnel that speak English well. Good wifi in rooms. Comfy beds. Robe & slippers, safe, iPod docking for music. Construction going on next door, but only from around 9am-6pm. Made the view to the castle not as nice. Ventilation not that good, can open windows after showing. Shower and bathroom modern, but hard to shower without getting water out of the tub. Our bathroom sink didn't drain well. Rooms a bit small, elevator sometimes slow. Fitness room small. Massage treatment was nice but just ok for valueCC16 February 2016
