4.5 star ratingThe staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and spoke very good English. Helpfulness even extended to outside the hotel premises. When we were looking at the map and trying to figure out how to get to one of the sights we were approached by one of the porters who told us which metro to get, which ticket to buy and which direction to take after leaving the Metro.
