2.5 star ratingexceptionally clean, the maids do an excellent job. Also the location close to Marques de Pombal is great for access to the metro and walking distance to resturants, shops and bars.The welcome was not the warmest at the reception desk and neither were the rooms, there was air-conditioning to use for heating however it sounded like a jet engine (very old) and we could not sleep with it on, So were left cold during the nights. The hotel is very dated now, and could do with a little bit of modernisation (new bathrooms with showers that work, hairdryers that can actually dry hair would have been nice)leo21 October 2012
