5.0 star ratingThe staff are really friendly and always happy to help with any queries. The location is perfect, right near Commercio Square and within walking distance of many sites and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel.My only one negative would be that the bathroom doors do not have a lock and have a swing door which does not fully shut, a little awkward if travelling with friends! But this is a minor point and everything else about the hotel hughely outweights this.Anonymous 27 April 2015
