5.0 star ratingthis is a wonderful hotel - please don't tell everybody about the food ! it was wonderful and i'd like to keep it a secret ! i would NOT hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends. arrange your hotel accomodation through easyjet which was simple and on arrival efficient. absolutely no problems. staff all speak english. my wife had never been before and was a little apprehensive but ended up loving cracow and especially the Rubinstein. nothing at all ............ ! n/a 04 February 2009
5.0 star ratingBeautifully restored 15 C building with excellent rooms. The breakfasts were really good. The staff were friendly and keen to please. My wife and I spent 7 days in Krakow and it rained all the time but thanks to the comfort and happy atmosphere at this hotel the the weather did not spoil our holiday. There were many places of interest and good restaurants nearby.26 June 2009

4.0 star ratingThe dinners we had in the hotel restaurant were outstanding. An excellent chef. The breakfasts were very good as well with lots of choice on the cold buffet as well as some hot dishes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very stylish and well equipped. Our bedroom was at the back of the hotel and there was a lot of traffic noise from the main road behind. The bedding (quilt) was much too warm for the summer temperatures, making it difficult to sleep. There were insufficient levels of lighting in the hotel bedroom which made reading a bit difficult, but this seems to be true of a lot of hotels in our experience.Jane21 September 2009
