4.5 star ratingLovely clean hotel. Everything in working order. Great location.First room was very noisey due to the passing trams. We asked to be moved and were given a better but smaller room to the rear of the hotel. Bins were dragged out at 5am on friday morning which disturbed our sleep. We feel there should be a warning in the booking details stating the noise from the trams. We were lucky there was room to move otherwise the holiday would have been completely runined.10 August 2008

4.5 star ratingA very good hotel. Very good value. Helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again if I return to Krakow. Good breakfast. Would recommend to othersA little far from the main square (brisk 20 min walk) and station but close to Jewish Quarter which is a pleasant area in itself. 07 October 2008

5.0 star ratingEveryone at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. No matter what we asked the staff they organised for us. Breakfast each morning was delicious and varied. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Altogether a most enjoyable stay in Poland. It was a shame that the dining room was only available at breakfast. Lunch and or dinner would have been a bonus.27 October 2008
4.5 star ratingRoom lovely, reception staff lovely. Breakfast exceptionally generous...good location with several good restaurants within 5 minutes. Easy access to main cultural areas including old town and Wawel castle. Not really the hotel but tram route immediately outside, some noise from 05:30 to 22:00 but after hard day sight seeing was not a problem after second night....or perhaps we just got used to them!01 November 2008

4.5 star ratingVery clean, spacious room, excellent breakfast buffet, excellent locationWhilst staff were always very polite they did not really engage with guests, I think this is a problem throughout Poland not just at this hotel, for example when I checked out it would have been nice to have been asked if I had enjoyed my stay. Staff need to be more pro-active eg ask guests if there is anything they can do to assistChris , Motherwell10 June 2009
4.5 star ratingthe reception staff were absolutely excellent - so helpful and informative. Hotel is superbly situated for visiting tourist attractions etc. and also for the quality and quantity of restaurants - we eat in a different restaurant every night and never had a bad meal. 5.0 star ratingour hotel room was very clean and its daily room service was also well kept up. i was also very impressed with the supplied products that came with our hotel. there were shower caps which i truly appreciated as this is not something i priortise to bring on holiday especially when we're aiming to pack 'light'. also there were cotton buds for the ears, which is also something i normally tend to forget to bring. i was also impressed with the disposable cotton slippers, which were nicely tucked in under a dressing table. In fairness, to the best of my knowledge, it made me smile when i spotted them. there was a kettle and 2 cups also, and we were supplied with tea and coffee on a consistent basis. Last but not the least, the breakfast, the lovely lovely breakfast, was such a beauty to look at, and eating in the dining room felt like such a luxury. It was worth it!cdlr22 July 2010

5.0 star ratingSurprised at how good this place was for the money we had to pay. Simple but clean and well run and the breakfast was generous and of good quality. Reception staff were helpful and efficient. From the hotel it is about a 10 - 15 minute walk into the lovely Old Town, not difficult and there are plenty of trams. But just over the road from the hotel you are into the old Jewish Quarter where there are many very cheap, interesting bars and restaurants serving very good food and drink. It is also an interesting area just to wander around - full of narrow streets and quiet corners and well worth a day's exploration.Anonymous 31 March 2014
