3.0 star rating- Very nice view when you enter the hotel - Friendly staff, very helpfull ! - Beautifull garden - Quiet - Construction works ongoing for new blocks... drilling/working until 7:00 pm !!! - Too much noise in the morning, startin from 08:00 am => cleaning staff - Poor kitchen expertise, french-italian-japanese => no expertise of the chefs - Sauna wasn't working properly, also the whirl pools didn't work... - Not enough animation => too much 70-80-90's music => to less salsa ( lessons) - In the buffet => always slippery due to the food on the ground - Brochure is missing about what is all included all the options - No DVD/HD flat screen player in the room - Fridge to noisy - Not so good matras => you can feel the springs... - A separation of the toilet with a glass or brick wall for more privacy...Gunter07 January 2013
